what if i say...

im not like the others, what if i say im not just another one.


yep thats foo fighters - the pretender. now that i have guitar hero 3 and bought the foo's track pack, i can play to it, and its fantastic, along with the rest of the game. i love it, got bloc party and kaiser chiefs unlocked. i've also recently bought pgr4 and the simpsons game, both for really when im not on gh3. both good games too, but guitar hero3 will get most of my time.
i've been gettin some new hd-dvd's and blurays recently, total collection is now 28 which is a good amount i think, with plenty more being released its only gonna get bigger. and the fact that i get a decent wage now only makes it better. i love it. most recent addition was die hard 4.0 on bluray, fantastic film, hadnt seen it til i bought it but its great, lots of action and great lines. so there u go, not much else been happenin recently, no lasses on the front :( got 3 xmas nites out for december, hopefully plenty of pics to go along with it, shud be fun, cvatch ya after one of those. ciao

wow long time

well yeah it has been a long time since i blogged about anything. wow lol. well settled into my new job fairly well, doing pretty good i hope, learning lots of new stuff, enjoying being where i am. know lots more new people, goin out on 2 xmas parties next month, one on the 1st and then 8th, that should be great, hopefully plenty of pics to be had and embarassingly shown. with my pay i've bought some cool things, got myself a new phone, the lg viewty which is awesome, got myself a brand new telly, Samsung LE37M8, in other words its a 37" 1080p television which is fantastic, got new blurays and hd-dvd's. and got myself the xbox 360 elite. so as you can tell i got some good stuff.

about my knee, its a torn cartilage and im out of action til next year, which is very annoying and very frustrating but i've got to get on with it. thats all i can do. keep plodding on and hope for the best, plan for the worst.

i feel confidence within myself is growing and im becoming a better person now. i feel im thinking about things more carefully and not rushing anything, unlike the past which i do regret at times, but learn not to regret as you will get caught up0 in the moment and miss the future. and the future is not to be missed, only you can shape your future. how wise am i being here lol.

anyway thats about it for now, i will hopefully be posting more often now, now that i can get it on my phone. so ciao for now ladies and gents.

a new month

well its october now and in germany oktoberfest is here, but im not in germany so i wont be celebrating it. no instead i've got myself a new gamertag which is jgraham88. i will also be using big jimmy g but i will be on my new one more often than not. so hook me up with a FR and i will see you on xbox live. also i've got a new msn account but you will have to send me a message about that if you want it. anyway thats about all the news i got for now, oh yeah my new job is still going great and im enjoying it alot. see you all soon

back from leeds

a lil later than i was hoping to post but ive had a day's rest then had a day to work aswell, but im here back and raring to go. first up, how was my time in leeds? well to answer that it was rather good tbh, lots of great ppl to enjoy it with and lots of stuff to take in, but i think i did well enough as i only dropped one point in the 4 tests, which meant i got 99% overall, which i am so chuffed with. learned lots of stuff about 3 as a company and some facts and figures, one of which shocked a lot of us which wa that 3 are the second largest provider for digital music in the UK, thats second to itunes, which i think is some achievement. also the company Hutchison Whampoa is the 6th largest corporation in the world. not too shabby i think. also learnt that we are gettin new uniforms and clarification on it today means that we are gettin smart black/white (i'll be going for white) nike trainers, ben sherman jeans and either smart/casual tops, and to go with the jeans a 3 belt, which the buckle is the 3 logo. thats gonna look so awesome. working for 3 is gonna be so cool from now on in, im looking forward to a long career with this lot.

what else has happened, well this week so the release of the biggest game in history, Halo3, as an xbox 360 owner i basically had to get this, and yes i went all out and got the legendary edition which means i have the helmet lol. sitting nicely here next to me. and also i got a game which i feel will be played as much, if not more than halo3, fifa 08. this is a football game and i am so addicted to football its unreal, i love it and i live for it. both of these are great games and i will be playing them lots, you'll prob see me liveeye at the top of the page saying "playing halo3" or "playing fifa08" lol. anyway thats it for now, speak to you guys again soon.

Off to leeds

today im heading off to leeds til thursday. I am going to be doing my training for my new job at 3. Stayin at the met hotel which is a rather nice 4 star hotel and im looking forward to it. of course im taking my xbox with me so i can keep myself occupied when im not busy. hopefully i will meet loads of new ppl and make some new friends, which would be cool, im looking forward to it and i will see you all back on thursday, which if im not tired or not on halo3, i will update with how the week went. welcome back

hey ppl long time no see, so far no surgery which is good and my knee is comin on great. gettin more movement and slightly less painful which is always a gd thing. got my training to leave for this sunday so that should be all well and fun. cant wait for that but before on the saturday is the big match against sunderland, should be a great game with the boro comin out on top, arca to score for definite, cmon the smoggies, got to win this one. yeah i rebought footy manager and thats goin alrite, in my second season so far with the boro and not doin to bad, less than a week before halo3 comes out, but im missing it and my mam is gettin it for me. lookin forward to playin it when i get back, and fifa out friday which i dont think i can get straight away due to a lack of funds, but oh well. anyway thats just a quick update, gonna get some food now.
